These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Deskorders (the "Service"), an office and workplace-services ordering platform for companies, operated by Deskorders ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, signing up a company, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company you represent ("Customer").

1. Accounts and Company Workspaces

A company signs up for one workspace containing its employees, branches, orders, and internal tools. The person who creates the workspace is its initial administrator and is responsible for managing user access, roles, and permissions within that workspace. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

4. Customer Data

Data you submit to the Service (orders, employee records, chat messages, attachments, expense claims, and similar workspace content) remains yours. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any personal data of your employees or other individuals into the Service.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance or third-party outages (hosting, payment processing, storage) may occasionally affect availability.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to a workspace for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity. A Customer may cancel their subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deskorders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees paid by the Customer in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated version number and date above, and active users may be asked to re-accept the Terms before continuing to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise agreed in writing between Deskorders and the Customer.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed to the Deskorders team through the contact details provided on your company's account or via the Service.
